**Part Time**

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

To provide accurate and efficient administrative support in processing costs and customer revenue.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Costings: Collate weekly costing data and report within specified deadline.
Revenue: Assemble revenue information from relevant sources and invoice customer within specified deadline.
Payroll: Prepare and calculate weekly payroll.
Purchasing: Ensure all purchase orders are coded and raised correctly and ensuing orders placed as necessary.
Consumable Stock Control: Ensure adequate levels of depot consumables including stationery and personal protective equipment.
Administration: Perform general administrative tasks as required
HR administration: To perform all basic HR functions such as uniform ordering, note taking for one to one meetings and general filing.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Understand the importance of accurate and complete financial reporting.
2. Remain focused on attention to detail and consistency of output.
3. Remain up to date with depot activities so as to ensure all costs are captured.
4. Adhere to all aspects of the Company Health & Safety regulations currently in force.
5. Adhere to all site rules.
