For permanent vacancies we will do all the hard work for you. We shortlist and pre-interview all candidates ensuring they meet your specific requirements. Advertising costs are met by us allowing your ad to be viewed by a larger number of potential candidates at no extra cost. We regularly advertise in local press and have access to the most commonly used job sites. We will not invoice you until you have found the perfect person for your vacancy and they have commenced employment with you. We also have a very competitive rebate scheme, covering up to the first 12 weeks of employment, to ensure you are not out of pocket if the candidate leaves or does not continue to meet your requirements. Our competitive charge rates for Temporary placements will cover all employers NI and holiday pay costs. If you choose to employ someone on a temp to perm basis there will be no further costs incurred at the end of the agreed period.
