Your Flexi Worker Web Portal

The Mainline Flexi Worker Portal (Mainline Portal) is a website specifically designed to help us improve the service we offer you. You will be able to update your personal details, view recent payslips and request holidays, all at the click of a button!


For security reasons, you need to register on the Mainline Portal as soon as possible after your first pay day at:

You will need to enter 3 pieces of information:

1. Your username. This will be the email address that we have on record, and will be the latest email address that you have supplied to your local Mainline branch.

2. Your payroll number. This will be shown on any of your payslips. If you do not have a payslip, please contact your local Mainline branch for assistance.

3. Your date of birth.

Upon successful completion of your registration, you will automatically be taken to the log in screen at You will also receive an email confirming your registration, along with a link to this website address.

Holiday/Annual Leave

Any holiday you wish to request must be processed through the Mainline Portal. It is a quick and easy process, and the Holiday Request tab in the portal will direct you through making a request. All requests can then be tracked on the Holiday Status screen, and you will receive automated emails throughout the process. You will be kept updated when a holiday request has been received, approved, and processed.

Please note: To receive paid holiday, you must select the paid holiday option. If you do not select this option, your leave will be processed as unpaid.

Company Policies

The Flexi Worker Handbook and Mainline company policies are available to view online through the Mainline Portal. It is recommended that you print a copy of the Flexi Worker Handbook and familiarise yourself with the policies that cover your employment with Mainline Employment Limited.


The Mainline Portal will enable you to view and download payslips. Payslips for the previous 12 weeks will be available, just click on the Payslip tab. The portal will also allow you to view your P60 pay details for the previous tax year.

Personal details

If you have moved address, changed your telephone number, or need to update your bank account details, this can be done on the Personal Details tab.

Please note: Change requests can take up to 6 working days to process, and all requests are rigorously checked for fraudulent activity.
