Registration
To register with Mainline Employment you must have all of the following:
- 1 Form of Identification
- Passport
- Full Birth Certificate
- European Identity Card
- 1 Proof of Address Document
- Driving Licence
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Tenancy Agreement
- CV or 5 years of employment / education history document. We require a continuous employment history including an description of any gaps in between employment
- Names and addresses of 2 previous employers or education references from within the UK
- Proof of National Insurance number & bank details
- If you have a work permit or visa it will need to be provided upon registration with all other documents
For Driving registration, in additional to the above documents Drivers will need to ensure they also bring along the following documents:
Digital Tachograph Card
Driving licence with counter part
Passport or Birth Certificate
